The sludge is given to the thickener via a inlet pipes. Inside the thickener a coagulation of sludge flakes happens by means of gravity.
Thickened sludge will be conveyed continuously to the sludge collecting hopper by means of scrapper blades.
It consists of the following
Drive Carriage, Central pivot, Bridge with walkway, Floor scrapper arrangement.
Materials – Stainless steel, Aluminium, Galvanized steel etc. |
